STOKES, Justice.

This suit involves the title and possession of the east half of Section 127, Block A in Swisher County, containing 320, acres. The land- was owned by William Hoefer at the time of his death which occurred November 20, 1930. William Hoefer was twice married. There were five children born to the first marriage and his first wife died about the year 1874. The second wife died prior to the death of William Hoefer.
