This is an appeal by the defendant from an order of the District Court of Barnes County revoking an order suspending a sentence of conviction for a misdemeanor. The defendant was charged in a criminal information filed against him in the District Court of Barnes County, with the crime of maintaining a common nuisance in violation of the provisions of § 10,145B15 of the 1925 Supplement as amended (ND Rev Code 1943, § 5 — 0122).
