S. E. Uttke was a resident of Dickey county. During the year 1929 he was arrested on several charges of violation of the prohibitory law. He was bound over to answer for these several offenses to the district court of Dickey county. The next term of court convened in October, 1929. The defendant was informed against on the several charges by the state’s attorney. He plead guilty to one of these offenses and judgment of conviction was entered against him.
