OPINION

CRIPPEN, Judge.

Appellant questions the trial court’s division of marital property, objecting to the court’s fact finding and exercise of discretion. Appellant also contends the court erred in awarding short term maintenance. Because appellant’s contentions are not supported by evidence in the record, we affirm.

FACTS

The parties’ ten year marriage was dissolved in 1986. No children were born of this marriage. Respondent Lois Lossing has legal and physical custody of three children from her previous marriage. Appellant Darwin Lossing is the noncustodial parent of two other children.
