This is an action by John B. Richardson to annul a judgment obtained by the Trustees’ Loan & Guaranty Company, Inc., against Joseph B. Richardson in so far as it is sought to be enforced against the plaintiff and to restrain the defendant and constable from proceeding further with the execution of the writ of fieri facias issued on the judgment rendered against Joseph B. Richardson.
