Opinion

HASTINGS, J.

The issues presented in this appeal are:(1) Did the juvenile court have jurisdiction to modify a previous order of wardship based upon acts committed after appellant was over 18 years of age, and for which he had been tried and sentenced as an adult?(2) Assuming that the juvenile court had jurisdiction, was commitment to the California Youth Authority (hereafter Youth Authority or CYA) an abuse of discretion?(3) Was appellant entitled to additional custody credit for time spent in various facilities at the direction of the juvenile court?
