This is a contract case in which plaintiff, Faurecia Automotive Seating, Inc. [Faure-cia], a Delaware corporation, brings claims against Toledo Tool and Die Company, Inc. [Toledo Tool], an Ohio corporation, for breach of contract and promissory estop-pel. Faurecia contends that “Letters of Intent” signed by both parties formed a binding and enforceable contract for sales of automotive parts to plaintiff. Plaintiff argues that by rejecting the terms of a subsequent “Nomination Letter,” Toledo Tool breached the contract. Faurecia also brings a promissory estoppel…
