Benjamin Franklin Moore appeals convictions following a jury trial for possession with intent to distribute cocaine base and being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. Moore argues on appeal that: (1) his two convictions were not supported by sufficient evidence; (2) the district court committed clear error in assessing 14 and 31.8 grams of cocaine base to him in determining his base offense level at sentencing; and (3) the district court committed clear error in assessing a two-level enhancement to his base offense level for possessing a dangerous…
