Eric Wayne Travis, James E. Roulette, III, Florence L. Jones and Arthur W. Hooks appeal their convictions of conspiracy to distribute cocaine base (crack), distributing crack, and other related offenses and the heavy sentences imposed on them (Travis — life in prison without parole; Roulette — forty-four years seven months in prison; Jones — fifteen years eight months in prison; Hooks — ten years in prison).
