I. INTRODUCTION

David Cohne ("Cohne") filed suit against Navigators Specialty Insurance Company ("Navigators") requesting a declaratory judgment that Navigators has a duty to defend and to indemnify him in two actions pending in the Massachusetts Superior Court sitting in and for the County of Suffolk. Notice Removal, Ex. B, Pl.'s Compl., ECF No. 1-4.
