Introduction
Before this Court is the Objection dated November 16, 2010 (the “Objection”), filed by the Chapter 13 Trustee (the “Trustee”) to the confirmation of the chapter 13 plan submitted by Paul J. Egan and Barbara A. Egan (collectively, the “Debtors”). The substance of the Objection was originally raised at a confirmation hearing held by this Court on October 7, 2010 (the “Hearing”), to address the Debtors’ proposed chapter 13 plan (the “Proposed Plan”).
