MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
MILLER, Judge.
Plaintiff, appearing pro se, filed a complaint in the United States Court of Federal Claims on January 12, 2010, alleging, inter alia, violation by the United States of his Fifth Amendment constitutional rights to due process and just compensation based on seizure of his property assessed as forfeiture in excess of $30 million. On July 9, 2010, defendant moved for summary dismissal pursuant to RCFC 12(b)(1), based on lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
