Petitioner seeks review of an order of the Mayor’s Agent issued under the District of Columbia Historic Landmark and Historic District Protection Act of 1978, D.C.Code 1980 Supp., §§ 5-821 et seq. (the Act), authorizing a demolition permit to allow the razing or relocation of a building located at the corner of 15th and F Streets, N.
