This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction pursuant to F.R.C.P. 12(b)(2). Plaintiff, Gateway Press, Inc. (“Gateway”), is a Kentucky corporation with its principal place of business in Louisville, Kentucky. Gateway is a provider of custom printing services. Defendant, LeeJay, Inc.
