Plaintiff Immersion Corporation ("Immersion") filed a patent infringement suit *1010against Defendant Fitbit, Inc. ("Fitbit"). Immersion alleges that Fitbit infringes claims of U.S. Patent No. 8,059,105 ("the '105 Patent"), U.S. Patent No. 8,351,299 ("the '299 Patent"), and U.S. Patent No. 8,638,301 ("the '301 Patent") (collectively, the "patents-in-suit").
