Petitioners’ latest2 CPLR article 78 petition seeks to nullify certain findings and approvals made by the respondent, the Village of Scarsdale Planning Board, that would allow the respondent, Realm, L.L.C., to construct an assisted living facility (ALF) near the petitioners’ home in an area zoned for residential use.
