In a memorandum and order dated September 16, 1992, this court granted the above-named defendant’s motion for an order dismissing the indictment. This dismissal was based upon a presentation by the Assistant District Attorney whose improper questioning of the defendant and unprofessional conduct toward defense counsel, then present, impaired the integrity of the Grand Jury proceeding to the extent that *510prejudice may have resulted.
