HART, J..Laser Grain Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Arkansas, and doing business at Clarksville, in said State, entered into a contract with the Brown Grain Company, a corporation organized and doing business at McKinney, Texas, whereby the former purchased from the latter five carloads of seed oats which were to be of the quality and character of the sample furnished.
