Appeal by the defendant from an order of the County Court, Dutchess County (Forman, J.), dated December 17, 2014, which, after a hearing, designated him a level three sex offender pursuant to Correction Law article 6-C.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.

Contrary to the defendant’s contention, the County Court properly assessed the defendant 25 points under risk factor 2 based, inter alia, on the victims’ statements to the police, as well as the defendant’s own admission that he engaged in anal sex with one of the victims (see People v Law, 94 AD3d 1561, 1562…
