SATZ, Presiding Judge.
In this ease, plaintiffs, Donald Vogel (Vo-gel) and John Hefele (Hefele), sued defendant, A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc., alleging, among other things, that Fred Prewitt, a commodities and stock broker employed by defendant, breached a fiduciary duty Prew-itt owed to plaintiffs. 1 Defendant appeals from a jury verdict in favor of plaintiffs in the amount of $125,000.00. We reverse and remand.
