MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER ON PLAINTIFFS’ APPLICATION FOR ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND EXPENSES

This matter is now before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Application for Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses, filed on February 27, 1991 (Docket No. 14), to which Defendant’s Opposition was filed on February 20, 1991 (Docket No. 17). By the application, Plaintiffs seek reimbursement for attorneys’ fees in the total amount of $58,530.80. This amount is made up of hourly charges for professional time and expenses for the two firms who represented Plaintiffs herein, totaling $44,014.35. In…
