OPINION AND ORDER

STEEL, Senior District Judge:

Plaintiff, a Delaware corporation, whose land and building in Delaware were insured against fire and vandalism by defendant, brought suit against defendant on the policy for losses alleged to amount to $30,000. The action was originally begun in the Superior Court of Delaware and was properly removed to this court. Jurisdiction exists under 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a)(1). Defendant has moved for summary judgment on the ground that there is no genuine issue of material fact and that as a matter of law judgment should be entered in its favor. More…
