Defendant, Joseph Gryczkowski, appeals from the judgment of the circuit court of Du Page County which denied his petition for rescission of the summary suspension of his driving privileges, pursuant to section 2 — 118.1 of the Illinois Vehicle Code (Code) (Ill.
