Kevin Bulman appeals from an order denying his petition to rescind a statutory summary suspension of his driver’s license.

Defendant, Kevin Bulman, was arrested on May 1, 1988, for: (1) driving with a blood-alcohol concentration over .10 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 95½, par. 11—501(a)(1)); (2) driving under the influence of alcohol (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 95½, par. 11—501(a)(2)); and (3) driving off the roadway (Ill. Rev.
