Estella R. Martin insti-(uted an action in the district court of Stephens county, Okla., against the First National Bank of Duncan, Okla., seeking to cancel a deficiency judgment owned by ■¡aid bank against her. Judgment was for the plaintiff, and the parties will be referred to herein as they appeared in the trial court.
