Plaintiff/appellant David J. Adams d/b/a Bulldog Construction Services (Assignee) appeals the April 23, 2007 order of United States Bankruptcy Judge A. Bruce Campbell holding that Assignee Is not a real party in interest and therefore does not have standing to maintain an adversary proceeding against Defendant/appellee Trudy Ann Thomas (Debtor).
