Plaintiffs, Mrs. F. Y. Cooper and her daughter, Florence Cooper, brought this action against Santa Fe Trails of Illinois, Inc., and Blue Motor Coach Lines (hereinafter for convenience referred to as defendants), and Emma Bonell (hereinafter designated as the codefendant), to recover damages for personal injuries sustained in a collision between a bus operated by defendants and an automobile operated by codefendant, while plaintiffs were riding as passengers in defendants’ bus.
