OPINION
A supervisory employee of a dry cleaning firm filed suit against her employer alleging she was terminated from her job and replaced by a man. She contended that her employer’s action was motivated by gender discrimination, in violation of the Tennessee Human Rights Act, Tenn. Code Ann. § 4-21-101.
