On July 18, 2012, the Plaintiff Annette Lorber (“Lorber”) commenced the above-captioned action by filing a Complaint against multiple defendants, which was thereafter reduced to the following named Defendants: Jonathan Winston (“Winston”); Sheldon M. Ganz (“Ganz”); Sheldon M. Ganz, CPA, P.C.; Eva Tehrani (“Tehrani”); HSBC Bank USA, National Association (“HSBC Bank”); and HSBC Securities (USA) Inc.
