INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (“ARRT”) has sued Defendants Diane Wood Bennett and her company, Limited X-Ray Licensure Course Providers, LLC (“Course Providers”) (collectively, “Defendants”), for copyright infringement, trademark infringement and unfair competition, and breach of contract.
