[¶ 1] Dean Pearson appeals from a post-juclgment order, entered by the District Court (Bangor, Jordan, /.), granting Stacie Ellis-Gross’s motion to modify a previous parental rights and responsibilities order by awarding her sole parental rights and responsibilities and primary residence of the parties’ minor child, and requiring that Pearson’s contact with the child be supervised. We affirm the judgment. 1
