[¶ 1] David W. Nery appeals from a judgment of the District Court (Wiscasset, Raimondi J-) modifying, a divorce judgment to confer sole parental rights and responsibilities on Bridget K. Miller and impose conditions on Nery’s contact-with the parties’ four children.
