Affirming.

This action instituted in the Jefferson circuit court by Bashman ag'ainst the Citizens’ Loan Company to recover damages for malicious prosecution of an attachment suit, was dismissed after a general demurrer had been sustained to the petition as amended and appellant had declined to further plead, electing to stand upon his petition as amended.
