The North Avenue Building and Loan Association filed a bill in the circuit court of Cook county to foreclose a mortgage on property belonging to Christina Hube.r. After various amendments William Kemper, as trustee, was made a co-complainant, and the cause was tried in the circuit court upon the issues made on the answer of the defendants, Christina Huber and John Huber, her husband.
