LUMPKIN, Justice.

This appeal is from a judgment of the District Court of Carson County, Texas, in which the proffered will and codicils of the testator, O. P. Russ, were denied probate. Previously the will and codicils were denied probate by the Probate Court of Carson County, both in the form in which they were originally written as well as in the form in which they now exist.
