The executor of the estate of William ii. Page, deceased, was permitted to enter a special appearance for the sole purpose of making this motion to quash a writ of attachment and all proceedings thereunder. The undisputed facts submitted to the court are that in October, 1935, William H. Page, a resident of Yew York City, departed this life leaving a last will and testament, in and by which he nominated lviehard M.
