— This is an appeal by Maud Harden, Fred Moll, a minor, Alma Moll and Robert Moll from an order of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis striking from the hies their motions to vacate and revoke the appointment of Philip Pollack as receiver to take charge of the real estate of the deceased, Frederick Moll, pending a will contest. Frederick Moll died testate September. 3, 1922, naming Philip Pollack executor of his will. The estate consisted of personal property valued at $18,000, and real estate valued at about $132,000.
