Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Feldman, J.), rendered March 30, 1983, convicting him of robbery in the first degree and burglary in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
*713Judgment reversed, on the law, and new trial ordered. The findings of fact have been considered and are determined to be established.
