The State Highway Commission of Missouri, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, has appealed from a judgment awarding damages in the sum of $61,000 to Cardinal Paint Company, a corporation domiciled in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, hereinafter referred to as defendant, as the value of its factory site and factory taken in condemnation by plaintiff for State highway purposes.
