While the principles of natural justice would seem to support an action of this kind, and require the administrator to be held liable to answer out of the decedent's estate for the wrongful acts committed by him in his lifetime, to the injury and damage of another, regardless of whether the estate of the wrong-doer had been thereby increased or not, courts are not generally warranted in grounding their decisions upon their ideas of natural justice, where such ideas are in conflict with established law.
