Sears Termite Pest Control, Inc. ("Sears Termite"), appeals from the trial court's order denying its motion to compel arbitration. We reverse and remand.

On May 31, 1997, after a sales presentation by Kenneth Davis and Larry Brown, Abby Robinson agreed to purchase termite-inspection and treatment services from Sears Termite for her home in Tuskegee.
