OPINION

BUSSEY, Presiding Judge:

Appellants, William D. Hensley and Goldie James Kaulaity, hereinafter referred to as Defendant Hensley and Defendant Kau-laity, were charged, tried and convicted in the District Court of Caddo County, Oklahoma, for the offense of Burglary in the Second Degree; their punishment was fixed at two (2) years imprisonment, and from said judgments and sentences, a timely appeal has been perfected to this Court.
