This is a- suit for damages for personal injuries. The complaint is in three paragraphs on which issues were joined by general denial. A trial by jury resulted in a verdict for appellee for $3,250, on which judgment was rendered. From this judgment appellant has appealed and assigned as error: the overruling of its separate demurrer to each paragraph of the complaint; the overruling of appellant’s motion for judgment on the answers of the jury to the interrogatories *418notwithstanding the general verdict; the overruling of its motion for a new trial.
