This case comes on appeal from the Eighteenth Judicial District, Gallatin County, the Honorable Joseph B. Gary presiding. The District Court quieted title in the plaintiffs, purchasers of certain real property in Bozeman, Montana. Previously, the property had been held by a group of investors (hereinafter referred to as the co-owners) from British Columbia, Canada, each of whom held their respective interests as tenants in common.
