Affirming.

For some years prior to November 20, 1930, tbe Union Central Bank, a state banking institution with a capitalization of $200,000, divided into 2,000 shares of a par value of $100 each, was engaged in business in tbe city of Louisville, but on that date its doors were closed by order of its board of directors, and tbe state banking commissioner assumed control, placing it in charge of a special deputy and liquidating agent.
