The principal question involved in this appeal is whether under Title 12, U.S.C. § 264, 12 U.S.C.A. § 264, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (hereinafter called the Corporation) is entitled to receive interest for payments made by it to the depositors in an insured state bank.
