Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the respondents Commissioner of the Nassau County Police Department and the Nassau County Police Department, dated May 14, 1987, which, after a hearing, found, inter alia, that the lateral epicondylitis from which the petitioner claims to suffer, is not the result of on-the-job injuries, and that a specified number of sick days previously charged as line-of-duty sick leave, be charged against the petitioner’s personal sick time.
