Luis Rosado appeals from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (York County, Cole. J.) affirming the judgment of the District Court (Biddeford, Gaulin, J.) binding him over to the Superior Court for trial as an adult on a charge of manslaughter. He also appeals from the sentence imposed by the Superior Court (York County, Brennan, J.) following his conditional guilty plea.
