Sandra Traub sued her brother, Glenn Connor, for fraud, conspiracy, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and breach of his fiduciary duties as co-executor of their mother’s estate. Traub also brought those causes of action and a claim of. legal malpractice against Grant Washington, the attorney who represented Traub and Connor as co-executors, as well as attorney Richard Metz, whose assistance Washington enlisted in various debt collection matters involving Traub.
