MEMORANDUM OPINION
DUNCAN W. KEIR, Bankruptcy Judge.
Debtor commenced this Chapter 13 case by the filing of a petition on February 4, 2008. The proposed Chapter 13 plan initially filed by Debtor and two successive amended proposed Chapter 13 plans were denied confirmation. On December 23, 2008, Debtor filed a proposed fourth amended Chapter 13 plan which came before the court on January 27, 2009, at a hearing to consider confirmation.
